“Cartoon Tuesday”: Neighbors for Smarter Rail

Screen_shot_2010_04_13_at_1.34.32_PM.png

In the tradition of LA Bike Plan.com and Bus Riders Union.com comes a new website Neighbors for Smarter Rail.  Of course, Neighbors for Smart Rail is the name of the coalition of neighborhood and other community groups that are opposing the current alignment of the Expo Line through the Westside until the line runs below-grade.

So now we have "Neighbors for Smarter Rail" a website with fliers that look somewhat similar to those being created by Neighbors for Smart Rail.  Just because the war over certification of the Expo environmental documents is done doesn't mean the war over Expo is going to be confined to the courts.  Curbed has more on some of the ground battles going on in Cheviot Hills between supporters and opponents of the currently configured Phase II of the Expo Line.
