Santa Monica Family Bike Fest (Volunteer Now!)

Volunteer for the Santa Monica Family Bike Fest on December 8th!

The Santa Monica Family Bike Fest will help families discover fun new ways to use bicycles for everyday trips. Kids can learn new cycling skills from certified instructors, receive a quick bike safety check, and decorate their helmet and bike. Parents and kids can also try out cool cargo bikes and innovative child-carrying accessories. And many organizations will be on-hand to share useful tips and resources.

The Bike Fest will take place at the Santa Monica Civic Auditorium on Saturday, December 8, 2012, from 10:00am to 2:00pm. The Auditorium is located at 1855 Main Street, Santa Monica 90401.

Volunteers will be crucial for this event to be successful. You can sign up for one or two brief shifts atwww.smfamilybikefest.eventbrite.com. If you would like to work two shifts, they can be at the same or different stations. We appreciate any time you can offer! And please pass this message around to friends/colleagues.

Please contact Ryan with any questions about volunteering: (213) 489-7443, orryanjohnson@altaplanning.com
