Special Metro Board Workshop on Union Station Master Plan

Special Board Workshop
We will provide the Metro Board of Directors with a workshop to share what we have learned to date, familiarize them with the draft approaches that have been developed and hear their input on these approaches. We will not be making a recommendation and the Metro Board will not be making any decisions at this workshop. It is scheduled for:

Wednesday, September 18, 2013; 3:30pm
Metro Headquarters, 3rd Floor Board Room
One Gateway Plaza
Los Angeles, CA 90012

October Metro Committee and Board Meetings
Based on the work and input to date, and incorporating what we learn at the Special Board Workshop, Metro staff is currently planning to make a recommendation and ask the Metro Board of Directors to choose an approach for the Los Angeles Union Station Master Plan in October. The Board would consider this recommendation at the Planning and Programming Committee and full Board meetings. Once approved by the Board, the approach selected will be further developed as the Union Station Master Plan. The meetings are scheduled as follows:

Metro Planning and Programming Committee
Wednesday, October 16, 2013; 9:30am
Metro Headquarters, 3rd Floor Board Room
One Gateway Plaza
Los Angeles, CA 90012

Metro Board of Directors Meeting
Thursday, October 24, 2013; 9:30am
Metro Headquarters, 3rd Floor Board Room
One Gateway Plaza
Los Angeles, CA 90012

All meetings are open to the public, and we encourage you to attend so the Board can hear your ideas and feedback as well. We look forward to seeing you at these meetings!

Please continue to connect with our website, Facebook and Twitter pages as we provide updates throughout the process.
