JUSTICE FOR ANDY- COURT SENTENCING APRIL 22nd

CALLING ALL CYCLIST, Come out and support our fallen rider(s) as we go to court and fight for justice, better laws, and RESPECT for bicyclists. Lets keep this intense presence we have and continue this fight.

THE MORE RIDERS THAT FILL THE COURT ROOM THE BETTER.

WE WILL NOT BE STOPPED WE WILL GET JUSTICE!

From our last court date, March 6th:
"Court today was bittersweet, Wendy was given a plea of three years and eight months which she will probably only have to do half of. Judge Torrealba told her that she is getting the best plea possible and that she has to face the fact that she will have to do time in jail. She still walks free and remorseless. Although letters were sent on her behalf and her record is clean, judge Torrealba said that the fact of the matter is that Wendy should have stopped. Her decision of taking three years and eight months or going to trial must be made by the next court date which is March 20 at 8am. On this day we will get some definite answers as to what justice may look like and what kind of person Wendy is. I cannot express how vital it is to see so much support when in court, the room was so crowded that some had to sit outside. I also cannot express how profoundly proud and grateful I am to have all of you by my side as we all embark on this quest for justice together. I urge everyone to make an appearance on March 20 and take a stand and protest." Jasmine

Please join Andy's Mom, family, and fellow bicyclists "Ride for Andy" as we will be doing another rolling rider round up.
